How Far Along: 31 weeks, 4 days
Size of Baby: Pineapple
Weight Gain: 22.4 lbs
Gender: Baby Cole is a BOY!
Maternity Clothes: Still mostly wearing regular clothes. I still only have one pair of maternity shorts, 6 maternity shirts and a dress.
Belly Button: Out
Symptoms: Some swelling in feet and hands. Can’t wear wedding rings anymore!
Cravings: No real cravings at this point.
Sleep: Still waking up 1-2 times a night to use the restroom. Hips still cramping up while sleeping and still uncomfortable to move around at night.
What I miss: Still missing cold sandwiches and an occasional apple cider!
Movement: Lots of movements still noticed during the day, especially after eating. Some movements at night, but nothing that wakes me up. It’s definitely awkward, but so surreal, to feel you flip around in mommy’s tummy. It is so amazing!
Best Moments of the Week: On Thursday, mommy had a doctor’s appointment, and you are growing well. My belly is still measuring 2 weeks ahead. Your heart rate was 145. You currently weigh 4 lb. 3 oz. and in the 64th percentile. As of right now, you are projected to be approximately 8 pounds at birth. We’ll keep watching your weight, because if you’re too big mommy will have to have a c-section. It was great to see that you are growing and will be a big healthy boy. We got more pictures of you and we even see a head full of hair!
On Friday, mommy and daddy traveled to Corpus to have a baby shower down there with family and friends. The theme was bow ties and everything turned out so beautifully!

(they reach in a bag and feel the items, then they have to list as many as they can on a piece of paper)

(if anyone said the word baby, they would have their bow tie pin taken away from them. the person with the most bow ties at the end of the shower wins a prize)
