Weight Gain: 30 lbs
Gender: Baby Cole is a BOY!
Maternity Clothes: Mostly wearing maternity with a few regular shirts still. I have one pair of Gap maternity shorts and jeans, 7 maternity shirts, a dress, and leggings.
Belly Button: Out
Symptoms: Some swelling in feet and hands. Can’t wear wedding rings anymore! Carpal tunnel is getting worse.
Cravings: No real cravings at this point.
Sleep: Still waking up 1-2 times a night to use the restroom. Hips still cramping up while sleeping and still uncomfortable to move around at night.
What I miss: Still missing cold sandwiches and an occasional apple cider!
Movement: Lots of movements still noticed during the day, especially after eating. Some movements at night, but nothing that wakes me up. It’s definitely awkward, but so surreal, to feel you flip around in mommy’s tummy. It is so amazing and your daddy thinks it’s so cool! At this point, there definitely has got to be very little room in my belly for you.
Best Moments of the Week: My official last day of work, for maternity leave, was last Friday. I had quite a bit of things to do before we welcome you into the work. On Monday, I had a test to take for school and i had a breastfeeding class that evening. Yesterday and today, I had hair appointments. My mom flew in today and daddy went to pick her up from the airport, since mom was getting her hair cut off. I decided to do a drastic change…short!
On Tuesday night daddy and I went on our last date night….for a little while.
Well baby boy, we made it this far in this journey and tomorrow we finally get to meet you! I am overwhelmed with emotions: happy, excited, scared, thankful

Happy and excited because I finally get to meet you after 39 weeks.
Scared because I am going to be a mom to a little being that will solely rely on me to care for him, raise him, and love him, but I wouldn’t change it for the world! I know it sounds cliche, but I love you so much already and I haven’t even met you yet!
Thankful that this pregnancy was easier than I could have thought possible, and that you are going to be a healthy and big baby boy!
