Mason-Week 20, Incredibly Blessed Nest Blog

Baby boy, this week came and went so fast, we were super busy this week with all of the things mommy had to do for school! Here is how the week went:

You got to hang out with mommy on Friday because your day care was closed. The weather was so nice out, so we went to downtown Grapevine to shop a little and enjoy the beautiful weather. We were supposed to go visit Adelyn and her mommy, but since you are still sick mommy didn’t want to take you over there and get Adelyn sick.
This weekend, we went and had dinner with some of daddy’s friends. They all commented on how good you were and how cute you are! I must agree, you are a good baby and you are pretty stinkin’ cute! I feel so fortunate and blessed to be your mommy!
You only went to day care once this week, since we all went on a road trip to Lubbock to do some stuff for mommy’s school. You did so well on the car ride there and on the way back. You slept most of the time and only woke up to nurse. So glad that you are a good traveler, because there will be plenty more travels in your life!
You got to hang out with your daddy all day while mommy was at school. He said you did well for him! I definitely loved spending more time with you and putting you to sleep at night! I sure do miss it!
Your cold is still lingering. I’m hoping it goes away within the next few days, or we’ll be visiting Dr. C.
You’re still waking up once a night, but this week you’ve been waking up between 4:00-4:45am. Keeping my fingers crossed that you’re getting past the phase of waking up at night.
You had rice cereal once this week and you definitely seemed to take it better this time than the first.
You’re still taking six ounces of breast milk every 4 hours and you’re napping for 1-2 hours at a time.
