This week was a busy one for us. We went out of town for your daddy’s annual family reunion. It was a long drive, but as usual you did so well. I’m so thankful that you are a good traveler, because with all of our family living out of town, we’ll be traveling often. You did get to meet some of your daddy’s cousins, aunts, and uncles for the first time. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our time with them.
- On Thursday the 17th, we noticed that your 7th tooth on the bottom broke thru. We would have not have noticed, because you have been a champ when it comes to teething.
- You developed a cold and your nose started draining. You weren’t really feeling very well, but you hung in there.
- We took you to the zoo for the first time, because of your cold (of which I believe is allergies) you weren’t feeling very well, but you hung in there and seemed to enjoy seeing the animals.
- You’ve really begun to know that when we get a bottle, you’re going to get fed. So, now every time you see the bottle, you get anxious/excited. It’s so cute to see your reaction. You begin to breath faster and make noise knowing that your milk is coming.
- You’re still nursing every morning and drinking 4 other bottle of 6 ounces of breast milk.
- You’re eating puréed foods 3 times a day and slowing beginning to take regular food.
- You’re still going to sleep by 8:30pm and waking up once a night between 4-5:00am. You go right back to sleep once momma rocks you.
You and Wyatt (your second cousin) hanging out after our trip to the zoo.
Just sitting on our long road trip. I sure do love your eyes!
Being silly at Target!
First trip to the zoo…The Henry Doory Zoo!
My poor sweet boy. You can tell by your eyes that you weren’t feeling 100%, but you still manage to smile!
You with daddy and Joshua.
Looking at the gorillas. They were a little crazy and kept banging and running right into the glass!
In the aquarium with daddy. You really liked looking at the fish swimming all around you.
You and I, baby boy!
