We have been so busy the past couple of weeks with traveling, school, and Mason being sick that I have not had time to put out my Christmas decorations. Last year we bought a fake Christmas tree because with a two week old it was a little impossible to go pick out a Christmas tree. So we did the easiest thing that there was to do. My husband got the decorations out of the garage and we got the tree up. This year I put a fun festive one up for Mason near his playroom. Close enough to see, but far enough and behind the baby gate so he can’t reach it. I used decorations that I had from a few years ago and it looked so bright and fun!
Some un-fun things we dealt with this week was Mason having another ear infection. This time it was both ears. Back to back ear infections and lots of teething makes this momma feel pretty helpless. Being sick hasn’t changed how sweet he is. He started giving lots of kisses, over and over again. My momma heart is so full of love for this boy!
Yesterday was Mason’s daycare Christmas party at the Little Gym. Mason enjoyed it, but I will say there wasn’t much for a one year old to do there.
Mason’s playroom Christmas tree! Love the bright and fun colors.
Our family room Christmas tree.
Excited to receive our Christmas cards.
My poor sick baby boy with a high fever. This was right before we went to urgent care.
