It’s Friday, so that means it’s time for my Five Friday Favorites. Mason starts school in a little less than 3 weeks so we are wrapping up shopping for clothes and necessities needed for this school year. Luckily, we don’t have to shop for school supplies. Last year we had a problem finding some of the items they wanted and had to go to multiple stores. Don’t get me wrong, I love school supply shopping but not when I have to drive all around town. Do ya feel me?!
Well, let’s get to the Five necessities for this school year.
1. Yumbox // This box will be ordered this week. It’s the Yumbox Panino. They have different sizes for toddlers, teens and adults. This version has 3 different compartments which is perfect for Mason because he flat out refuses veggies so we don’t need a ton of compartments. My favorites part of this box is that it’s leakproof and easy to clean by removing trays.
2. Lunch Box // A larger lunchbox is necessary this year to fit his Yumbox and an ice pack, so there ya have it. This one is the Cold Pack version from Pottery Barn and it’s large enough to fit both. This year they won’t have a microwave for their lunches so we’re going to have to get creative with some cold lunches. If you have any ideas, please share.
3. Sport Bottle // A water is required this year and we love this Pura stainless steel bottle. I love that it’s insulated and BPA free. Mason loves cold water and this will be sure to keep it cold during the day. If you haven’t checked out Pura products, you should. They even have bottles for the littles and some things for adults.
4. Nap Mat // I bought this Nap Mat last year and it’s still holding up strong, even after thousands of washes. Definitely a much better product than the store bought nap mats.
5. Back Pack // Mason has a backpack (I shared it on my last post), but it turns out it will be too little this year. He needs a backpack large enough to carry a folder, so we have to get him a new backpack. Hopefully this one will last him a couple of years.
Well, that’s all!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, my friends.
